Title

Is the white marble outside the Masjid-ul-Haram part of the Masjid?

Question

Can women in mensuration enter the white marble area on the outside part of masjidul haram? Is that part considered a part of majidul haram.

 

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 

As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Women may enter the white marble part outside of the Masjid-ul-Haram during their menstruation as it is not part of the Masjid.[1]
