Thursday Majlis at Musjid Us Saliheen - Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb

Thursday Majlis at Musjid Us Saliheen, Sherwood

By Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb

Mufti Saheb narrated a hadith that every prophet grazed sheep.
Mufti Saheb stated that Allah nurtured and groomed the prophets to be leaders through being Shepherds.
There are 3 qualities in a Shepherd

1) He is tolerant. He does not hit the sheep, perchance they will be wounded.

2) He has a great sense of responsibility to ensure no sheep leaves the flock.

3) He is humble & does not have outbursts on his flock.

Mufti Saheb then gave one example of each quality in Rasullullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalaam.
He also advised we should also take some time of and practice on this Sunnah of the prophets and wear a Shepherds attire and graze sheep to practically inculcate leadership qualities in us.
