In Taraweeh, is it necessary to recite bismillah out loud?

Asalamolikum Mufti sahib. In taraweeh prayer is it necessary to recite bismillah out loud?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is necessary to recite basmalah at least once in alā al-Tarāwīh.[i]
