Title: ‘Idda for Talaq Ba’in

Question

What is the iddat for talaq e bain?

I received talaq from husband on 8-9-2018

Then got my first haiz on 11-9-2018

And second haiz on 6-10-2018

So till when is my iddat time?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

In principle, the standard ‘idda for talaq ba’in is three menstrual cycles.[1]

Your ‘idda is until the termination of your third menstrual cycle.

And Allah Ta‘ālā Knows Best.
