Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

At the outset, the practice of creating human-animal hybrid is not permissible as it alters[1] the creation of Allah (تغيير) and it’s also against the honor and dignity of human beings.
