Title: Bracelets with cubic zirconia and crystals



Please could you tell me if women can wear jewellery with Cubic Zirconia in them? I have a couple bracelets with Cubic Zirconia in it and some with crystal so please could you tell me if I can wear them?  Thank you


In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Zirconium dioxide, a white solid used in ceramic glazes and refractory coatings, and as a synthetic substitute for diamonds in jewellery.[1]

Adorning one’s self with jewellery that is made with cubic zirconia and crystals are permissible.[2]
