Ablution nullified by entering into the bathroom


as salam u alaikum sir, i have two questions.

1. regarding performing ablution and the details by which ablution gets nullified. we are living in the indian subcontinet where it is common to have attached bathroom with the toilet. is it permissible to do ablution in such attached bathrooms. if yes, will the ablution become nullified if the person visits the attached bathroom, for example "only" to close the tap or to take the towel, without the need of attending to nature's call. 2. my second question is regarding detailed explanation (if possible) regarding the events with Harut and Marut, the reason for their desendence from heaven, the events on earth after their descent. how authentic is the interpretation in regards to the women venus.

The answers to your queries are as follows:

1.      In principle, going to the bathroom with an attached toilet does not nullify one’s wudhu[1]. Moreover, it is permissible to perform wudhu in such a bathroom.

فصل [في نواقض الوضوء] ينقض الوضوء اثنا عشرة شيئا: 1 - ما خرج من السبيلين إلا ريح القبل في الأصح. 2 - ونجاسة سائلة من غيرهما: كدم وقيح. 3 - وينقضه ولادة من غير رؤية دم. 4 - وقيء طعام أو ماء أو علق أو مرة إذا ملأ الفم وهو ما لا ينطبق عليه الفم إلا بتكلف على الأصح ويجمع متفرق القيء إذا اتحد سببه. 5 - ودم غلب على البزاق أو ساواه. 6 - ونوم لم تتمكن فيه المقعدة من الأرض. 7 - وارتفاع مقعدة نائم قبل انتباهه وإن لم يسقط في الظاهر. 8 - وإغماء. 9 - وجنون. 10 - وسكر. 11 - وقهقهة بالغ يقظان في صلاة ذات ركوع وسجود ولو تعمد الخروج بها من الصلاة. 12- ومس فرج بذكر منتصب بلا حائل.
