My question to you  is can we make jamaat of nafl salat in tajjud during last ten days of Ramadhan is it permissible to make jamaat pls clarify what is the sharia ruling according to hanafi fiqh or do we have to pray individually. Is it more rewarding to form a jamaat and pray pls clarify

Dear Mufti Saheb

Aas Salam Alai Kum

I have a question for you can we do tasbeeh on both hands after salah  or only with right hand do we have to do tasbeeh I heard that Prophet (asas) used to do with right hand only pls clarify

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh

It is MAKROOH according to the Hanafi madhhab to pray nafl salah in congregation if there four or more followers behind the Imam.  There is no difference in it being the month of Ramadan or any other month of the year.  Some scholars have given permissibility to it; however this is not the view of the Hanafi adhhab.  We base our verdict upon the Hanafi madhhab.

And Allah knows best
